Job Shop Recruitment have the pleasure in recruiting for a Data Entry Professional, who must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel.
Out client are dynamic and rapidly growing organisation committed to excellence and innovation. Our team values attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy. We are currently seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our vibrant team and help maintain the integrity of our data systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into our internal databases and systems.
  • Verify and rectify data discrepancies to ensure data quality.
  • Organise, manage, and archive files and documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for various departments.
    Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a secondary school certificate (GCSE or equivalent); additional certifications in data management are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
