My client is a fast-growing, mission-led tech ecommerce brand reshaping the way fashion is consumed globally.
They're building out their MarTech function and looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team focused on paid marketing infrastructure, data-driven growth, and performance at scale.
This is a high-impact leadership role within one of the most cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in improving and architecting the #PaidMedia and #MarTech tech capabilities, while managing and growing a high-performing #dataengineering team.

Your role:
Leadership - Manage a growing team of data engineers (currently 3 #dataengineers)
System architecture - Own roadmap & delivery for marketing tech system
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data
Build a diverse, inclusive, high-performance team culture

About you;
Proven experience as #DataEngineering Manager within a high-growth or tech environment
Experience managing engineers in high-growth tech environments
Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech (personalisation, catalogues, attribution, targeting, ad conversion, privacy)
Data tools: SQL, Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Airflow
Bonus: Scala, Python, React, Swift, TypeScript

Up to £125k base + bonus + generous share allowance + benefits
