Role– Data Engineer (SAS)

Salary– Up to £65k DOE

Location– Manchester or London (Hybrid)

A well established and award-winning Data consultancy are looking to add a Data Engineer skilled in SAS to join their talented data team. You’ll play a key part in working with their top clients implementing data engineering solutions.

The position is offering a basic salary up to £65,000 depending on experience as well as a discretionary bonus, 25-day annual leave, a generous pension and much more;

The Successful Data Engineer will have:

• Experience in using SAS for data analysis and reporting
• SAS knowledge - Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS SQL, SAS Data Integration, SAS Visual Analytics
• Implementing data warehouse solutions
• Solid understanding of data governance principles
• Exposure to Azure or AWS data stack
• Working knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Data visualisation experience - either Power BI or Tableau

Desirable

• Experience of working within a consultancy environment
• Finance/insurance background

Again, with a salary on offer of between £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, this position would be ideal for an individual experienced in working with SAS and Data Engineering solutions.
