Join our Digital & Data team working alongside product, design and cross-disciplinary teams to bring ideas to life through innovative software solutions. Grow a flexible and inclusive career with a technical career track. Hybrid working: in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week.


Responsibilities / What you will do

  • Work in an agile environment with multiple teams and stakeholders; use technical skills to solve client problems and contribute to internal projects.
  • Collaborate in live whiteboarding sessions and through asynchronous communication on Teams.
  • Design and build for the AWS cloud, focusing on ETL pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, and data movement.
  • Contribute to a variety of projects and tech stacks across sectors.
  • Participate in PA’s tech community with knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.

Qualifications

Essential requirements



  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing and deploying production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption within a big data architecture using Java, Python, Scala, Spark, SQL.
  • Experience writing scripts, extracting data via APIs, and writing SQL queries.
  • Experience processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data, including integrating data from multiple sources on AWS using native or custom programming.

  • Work to agile best practices across teams and stakeholders; apply your technical skills to client problems and internal projects.
  • In-person whiteboarding sessions to problem-solve as a team, with asynchronous Teams communication.
  • Hybrid working with client site or office at least two days per week; actual time varies by role or assignment, up to five days on client site.
  • Collaborative environment with values-focused culture and opportunities to deliver transformative digital solutions.
  • Designing and building for the AWS cloud.

Additional information

Assessment process: Quick call with a Tech Recruiter; Round 1 and Round 2 interviews (60 mins each); Final round with a PA leader including a mini case study. Adjustments or accommodations available on request ().
