Are you a proactive Data Engineer with a passion for transforming customer data into valuable insights?


Join our client’s Customer Relationship Centre team and play a vital role in enabling data-driven decisions. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrating CRM systems and customer touchpoints within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Dataflow. Your expertise in SQL, Python, and data pipeline development will support modernising legacy systems and ensuring high-quality, accessible data for analysis and reporting. Collaborate with analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to automate reporting, troubleshoot data issues, and implement API integrations effectively.


The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud architecture, ETL frameworks like Airflow, and data insights reporting. A strong understanding of CRM data, data warehousing concepts, and cloud-based data engineering makes you a perfect fit.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that integrate CRM systems and customer touchpoints within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Dataflow.
  • Develop and optimise data models, SQL queries, and Python-based data processing to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to automate reporting, troubleshoot data issues, and implement API integrations.
  • Support modernisation of legacy systems and ensure high-quality, accessible data for analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud architecture and ETL frameworks like Airflow.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data pipeline development.
  • Understanding of CRM data, data warehousing concepts, and cloud-based data engineering.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and solve problems effectively.
