Base pay range

We’re on the hunt for a skilled Data Engineer to join an established, high-growth business that’s redefining how major brands connect with their customers. The company is a major player in their space, partnering with household names in finance, retail, leisure and beyond to deliver experiences that keep customers coming back.


With ambitious growth plans and a modern, evolving tech stack, they’re looking to add a Data Engineer who enjoys working with modern tools, shaping scalable solutions, and bringing order and accessibility to complex data environments.


Salary of £60k - £65k + great perks and package (ask for more) | Remote first with quarterly meetups in Manchester (UK based)


This is a role where your work won’t sit in the background — you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team whose insights directly shape marketing, product, and customer experience for millions of users.


What you’ll be working on

  • Designing and optimising reliable data pipelines.
  • Using modern tools (Airflow) to ingest, transform, and prepare data.
  • Partnering with analysts, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful data products.
  • Embedding a DataOps culture focused on automation, agility, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess these core skills

  • Advanced SQL for multi-source data querying and optimisation.
  • Python or similar for automation and data tasks.
