You will focus on data governance, quality, and analysis, ensuring that data is efficiently structured, cleansed, and utilised to drive business decisions. Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will help shape the organisation's data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.Why work as a Data Engineer with our client?Basic salary up to £60,000Hybrid working pattern - 3 days in the officeLearning and professional development opportunitiesA collaborative and innovative working environmentThis is 9 month FTCWhat is expected of you as a Data Engineer with our client?A degree in a technology or business-related disciplineExperience designing and implementing engineering solutions to solve complex business problemsStrong background in working with large and complex datasets, identifying efficiencies, and improving data governanceProficiency with data mining tools and techniques, including SQL and PythonExperience with database technologies across multiple stacks (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostGIS)Knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BIExperience working with ETL frameworks and data quality toolsAbility to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Responsibilities of a Data Engineer with our clientGather, analyse, and execute data cleansing projects across multiple technology stacksReview and optimise data governance processes to enhance efficiencyDesign and implement data solutions to solve complex business problemsWork with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and develop data products accordinglyEstablish scalable and repeatable processes for data manipulationPerform data analysis and mining to support business analysis activitiesPresent findings in data workshops with stakeholders at all levelsContribute to the continuous improvement of data management within the organisationIf you are interested in this Data Engineer opportunity and would like to learn more about it or other roles in AI, ML, Data, or Software Engineering, please contact Stuart at TEC Partners today
