Junior Data Engineer – Python, SQL, Data Pipelines, Integration - Investment Management - London/Hybrid


Our client, an Investment Management organisation based in the City of London, is looking for a Junior Python Data Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.


The role will be part of their Technology team, and the successful candidate will be tasked with supporting the business with critical integration work following a recent merger. This role will involve building out and improving data pipelines to accommodate the mass integration of data. As part of this role, you will need the ability to confidently liaise with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met.


The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Python building out scalable, robust pipelines.


Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python
  • Experience building out ETL pipelines and integrating APIs
  • Strong experience with SQL Server
  • Experience working on a cloud data platform is highly beneficial
  • Experience in the Investment Management industry is highly desirable


This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Investment Manager on their large-scale transformation journey.
