We're working with a fast-growing, tech-enabled business that's leading the way in its sector - and now they're kicking off a huge transformation in how they use data.
This is your chance to join at the very beginning of a newly formed data team, helping to revamp and modernise how data is collected, processed, and used to drive smarter decisions across marketing, operations, and beyond.

As the first Data Engineer on the team, you'll be instrumental in designing the foundation of this transformation - working directly with senior stakeholders and technical leads to create scalable, future-proof data infrastructure.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing

Building and maintaining data pipelines and architecture (Snowflake).
Connecting multiple data sources (Google Ads, Meta, Hubspot, etc.) into a centralised warehouse.
Supporting marketing and commercial teams with clean, actionable data.
Developing dashboards and reports that provide real business value.
Leading projects that make an immediate and measurable impact.
Helping define best practices and setting the tone for a growing data function.đź§  What We're Looking For

Experience designing and building data solutions using Snowflake or a similar cloud-based platform.
Strong SQL skills and experience in ETL/ELT pipelines.
Comfort working with digital marketing data and KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
Familiarity with integrating data from platforms like Hubspot, Google Ads, Meta, etc.
Experience with BI/dashboarding tools and visualisation.
A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.Nice to have:
Experience with dbt or Airflow, Python/R for analysis, or knowledge of A/B testing and marketing attribution.
