As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about data and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Redesign & Development:Work on the redesign of our platform solution and data platform solution on Azure. Bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to enhance our infrastructure.
  • Data Strategy:Work closely with our consultants to implement our data strategy. Leverage your expertise to collaborate with our existing engineers, sharing knowledge and working closely together.
  • Pipeline Management:Take ownership of moving our CRSS pipeline through the script environment. Ensure efficient scripting, controls, and seamless release transitions from development through to production.
  • Advanced Scripting & Automation:Utilize Terraform and PySpark to optimize our data platform and ensure high efficiency in managing cloud-based pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Fabric and its role in data engineering.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with modelling datasets for the use of Power BI.
  • Strong skills in Terraform, PySpark, & Data Bricks.
  • Experience with data lakes, data modelling, and cloud-based data pipelines.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to mentor and uplift existing team members.
  • Ability to efficiently manage pipeline scripting, controls, and production releases.
