Are you detail-focused, analytical, and looking to build your career in data? We have permanent and contract Data Coordinator roles available with our clients, perfect for someone who enjoys organizing information, problem-solving, and ensuring accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accurately processing and entering data from multiple sources (both electronic and paper-based).
  • Keeping databases updated, ensuring data integrity, and checking for errors.
  • Understanding data flows and how information fits into the bigger picture.
  • Generating reports to support decision-making.
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure accurate data management.
  • Supporting management with writing, editing, and distributing reports.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key.
  • Experience handling large volumes of data.
  • Understanding of databases and how to use them effectively.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset - ability to spot and fix issues.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
