Our client, an international sports organisation, is seeking a visionary Data Architect to drive enterprise-level transformation and innovation in their data architecture landscape. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in defining and implementing a cutting-edge enterprise data architecture that will future-proof the organisation’s digital ecosystem. The successful candidate will instigate and manage transformational change, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global technology standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a modern, scalable data architecture.
  • Drive a step change in enterprise data solutions, ensuring enhanced efficiency and interoperability.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data strategy with business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end transformation of key data systems, integrating best-in-class solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and champion change management in a complex, international environment.
  • Ensure data architecture frameworks support agility, scalability, and innovation across the organisation.

We are looking for an individual with proven experience as a Data Architect in a large-scale, enterprise environment with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-wide data solutions coupled with a track record of driving digital transformation and managing change at a strategic level. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a deep understanding of cloud platforms, data integration, and emerging technologies. Experience within the sports, media, or entertainment sectors is advantageous.
