The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a scalable, secure, and future-ready data and analytics platform that will serve as the single source of truth for our enterprise.Your mission: to empower teams across the business with reliable, real-time insights that drive smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.
You’ll sit within our Transformation Data & Analytics function, collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to shape strategy, ensure integration across systems, and champion data modernisation at scale.If you’re passionate about cloud data platforms, enterprise architecture, and making data accessible and actionable – we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the enterprise-wide data and analytics architecture, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead the development of a modern data platform using Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and SAP data sources.
  • Build robust data pipelines and integration models leveraging Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and automation tools.
  • Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and quality across the platform.
  • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, championing best practices and high standards in architecture and engineering.
  • Implement TOGAF-aligned architecture principles across business, data, application, and technology domains.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable, value-focused solutions.
    What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success designing and delivering modern, cloud-based data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Deep knowledge of Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise integration tools.
  • A developed understanding of TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in data warehousing, data lakes, data modelling, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
    Your Background
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Significant experience in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics leadership roles.
  • TOGAF certification (preferred) or demonstrable experience in enterprise architecture.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
