We are hiringData & Analytics Engagement Leadin operational reporting forRecord to Reportprocess area. The Engagement lead will work closely with global process owners, business process owners, change experience teams and data and analytics teams to challenge, harmonise, standardise and where needed adapt / deliver reporting requirements.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will drive consistency and standardisation in reporting by engaging with process owners to catalogue reporting requirements.
  • You will challenge, harmonise, standardise reporting requirements within a functional domain, across segment and division for process performance management.
  • You will participate in and contribute to guiding process owners of standard reporting across segments.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring data architecture of data model is fit for purpose for reporting needs and aligned to the strategic requirements.
  • You will create engagement content in close collaboration with change experience teams and business engagement team leads.
  • You will collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions, conduct detailed analysis, provide recommendations for process and system improvements.
  • You will present business requirements to stakeholders and perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • You will educate business with self-service aspects to consume reports and make user specific changes.
  • You will work closely with third party System Integrator partners to deliver quality, scalable and robust enterprise solutions within time and budget.

What are we looking for?

  • The role would require individuals to closely collaborate with various functions while maintaining focus on delivery, deployment and adoption of reporting in the markets.
  • Experience in business intelligence and more importantly appreciation of functional domains is essential to be successful in this role.
  • Exposure to understanding definitions and delivery of KPIs in demand planning, sales and operations planning would be ideal.
  • The role requires candidates to know about data architecture, data modelling with a great understanding of KPIs.
  • To be successful, you'd need to have excellent functional understanding of Record to Report functional area with BI exposure, instead of being a technical BI expert.
  • Experience of previous product ownership / product management role in this functional area.

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of 3 years. As we move closer to the date, we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies.
