JOB TITLE:Data Analytics & Strategy Manager

SALARY:£81,999 - £91,110

LOCATION(S):London

HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per week

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our London office.

About this opportunity

Working alongside the Product Owner and Customer Journey Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping our productivity intelligence products; defining the strategy of how data is turned into insight, and how insight is turned into action by our customers and the Group.

Our Purpose!

Join the new Product Intelligence team as a Data Analytics and Strategy Manager and be at the forefront of transforming productivity and satisfaction measurement for Lloyds Banking Group!

Utilising our new framework for productivity measurement alongside new qualitative data sources, help us utilise the data within our tooling to create reliable metrics and impactful insights for our engineering teams. If you're passionate about leveraging data to create meaningful change, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Our team is focused on the creation of insight but also the onwards sharing in a clear and informative way, allowing easy self serve access and consumption by our engineering leaders.

What you’ll do 

Analysis | Visualisation | Insight: Utilising our new data sources, as well as other available existing data sources, produce insightful, high quality information to help teams improve their productivity and team health

Quality: Uphold standards of data quality, identifying and resolving shortcomings and gaps in data, optimising visualisation and keeping a strong focus on what information data is providing

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Build the strategy to improve data personalisation and accountability for our customers, keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying this to intelligence products

What you’ll need

Significant experience in an analytics, data or similar role

Creative storytelling with clear examples of this has been positively utilised to influence decisions.

Experience of presenting data to audiences of all levels and preparing data for others to present

Ability to think strategically and creatively to address complex challenges and provide innovative solutions

Adaptable able to use & learn new skills & knowledge in varying circumstances and are comfortable providing recommendations and thought leadership using your own judgment.

Innovation is at the backbone of this team, with a focus on trying the unproven and pushing our tech forward, to succeed in this role you'd need to be tenacious and resilient
