Are you ready to take the lead in transforming financial planning through data-driven insights and expert analysis? At NFU Mutual, we’re looking for a visionary Data Analytics & Insights Manager FP&A to shape the future of our Financial Planning & Analysis function (FP&A).

As the Data Analytics & Insights Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and execution of advanced data analytics and insights initiatives. Reporting to the Head of FP&A - Systems & Controls, you’ll promote a data-driven culture and provide strategic insights to inform key decision-making at the executive level.

You’ll define and lead FP&A’s MI strategy, embed advanced analytics and data science into performance reporting, and act as a strategic partner engaging with your FP&A colleagues, and senior stakeholders. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Change, and Data Centres of Excellence, ensuring our solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with our long-term goals.
