This pivotal role will not only oversee the team's activities but will also drive the evolution of MI and data analytics to meet the evolving requirements set forth by internal stakeholders and external regulators. Join Chubb’s dynamic team as the Head of Reinsurance Reporting & Analytics team, responsible for delivering high-quality Management Information (MI) and data regarding ceded reinsurance for both internal and external stakeholders in the EMEA region. This pivotal role will not only oversee the team's activities but will also drive the evolution of MI and data analytics to meet the evolving requirements set forth by internal stakeholders and external regulators. Oversee the Reinsurance Reporting & Analytics team, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate MI and data. Data Presentation & Insights: Prepare and present comprehensive reinsurance data to various forums, including the EMEA Reinsurance Credit Risk Committee and the EMEA Finance Credit and Capital Committee, translating complex data into actionable insights. Governance & Compliance: Ensure that SOX and operational controls are thoroughly documented and adhered to, maintaining a high standard of compliance with established control languages. Project Participation: Engage in cross-regional projects that require reinsurance expertise, contributing your knowledge and insights to drive successful outcomes. A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, demonstrating proficiency in various types of reinsurance and strong financial reporting acumen. Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Demonstrated success in managing small to medium-sized teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.
