Working cross‑functionally, you’ll help shape operational strategies that align with our wider business goals, ensuring we continue to lead the market in rental services. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting operational planning and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services.
  • Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas.
  • Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Monitoring KPIs and generating insights through effective data management.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise business operations.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders.
  • Aligning operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure business, consumer and customer needs are prioritized in decision making.
