Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst - Rewards Compensation to join the Rewards team for John Crane. The Data Analyst - Rewards Compensatio  is responsible for managing all aspects of the Sales Incentive Plan, from calculating and processing payments to ensuring clear communication with sales teams. They work closely with managers, HR, and payroll to make sure incentives are accurate and on time. The role also involves updating annual plans, tracking targets, building reports in Excel, and supporting broader HR programs. Strong attention to detail and good collaboration skills are key to success in this role.

This role is based is to be ideally based from Slough working Monday to Friday normal office hours however open to be based from any of our Europe sites. (hybrid working)

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • The Sales Compensation Administrator leads the development and delivery of the Sales Incentive Plan communications, calculations, approvals and payments, on time, accurately.
  • Leads the monthly and quarterly processing of sales incentive plans, annual set up of plans, and communications
  • Coordinates annual SIP plan revisions and approvals
  • Coordinates the collection of individual target data such as revenue, price or margin targets
  • Develops excel models to administer and communicate sales compensation programs
  • Calculates sales compensation awards
  • Coordinates approval of awards and payroll submissions
  • Coordinate sales compensation excellence awards
  • Partners with managers, payroll, HR and participants to ensure plans are effectively communicated
  • Develop and deliver training content for SIP plan
  • Audit and maintain SIP participant HRIS data
  • Forecast SIP plan costs
  • Report on costs of sales compensation plans, and performance or sales compensation participants
  • Support annual increase, bonus, union, job architecture and similar rewards programs
  • Support other HR projects as required


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge on data & excel
  • Proficient in English and Mathematics
  • Ideally have experience in compensation
