Data Analyst - People Systems

Responsibilities
- Manage people data in Oracle HCM, including audits, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with IT to triage tickets, test new features, enhancements, and upgrades before deployment.
- Control access for all people systems, performing monthly cleansing.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for system upgrades and enhancements, and communicate benefits to users.
- Generate dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights for the business.
- Ensure data accuracy to support business decision-making, working with People teams to improve data quality.
- Adhere to GDPR in storing and sharing data securely.
- Provide clear headcount data to assist staffing and budgeting decisions.
- Manage position management, bulk uploads, annual salary reviews, and administrative tasks in Oracle.
- Present data findings clearly in various formats to stakeholders.
- Develop methods to measure ROI on people-related costs and initiatives.
- Create reports in Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher for team use.
- Work with IT to leverage technology, automation, and GenAI in People platforms.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organization.
- Proficiency in business intelligence, data extraction, and reporting tools, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of Oracle position management and system maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with teams and executives.
- Confidentiality and data security expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Oracle HCM.
- Effective virtual presentation and training skills.
- Experience in systems testing, scripting, and user guidance.
- Proven ability in complex data analysis and dashboard development.
