We’re thrilled to be working with a leading independent music company to find a Data Analyst—an exciting opportunity for a metadata pro with management experience ready to step up in their career. This role will be responsible for two direct reports and support senior stakeholders across everything data for the music industry!

Key Duties:

• Managing and resolving technical issues within the digital content workflow, ensuring quick, effective solutions and serving as the primary escalation point for the team.
• Directly managing a small team, delegating workload, and supporting their development while coordinating with your senior line manager to meet team objectives.
• Overseeing the daily throughput of new release content
• Advising clients on non-standard release plans, holding regular scheduling meetings with repertoire units, and facilitating communication across department.
• Performing health checks on the digital supply chain, monitoring scheduling processes, and ensuring smooth operations in alignment with industry standards.
• Supporting and contributing to departmental projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and metadata accuracy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience managing a small team.
• 3-4 years in a data driven role from the music industry
• Strong Excel skills
• A proactive problem solver, adaptable to change, and an effective communicator who is passionate about music and committed to improvement.
