We are actively seeking an exceptional individual to join our London team as a Data Analyst to support our product and digital marketing functions.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who shares our passion for building best in class products and services in private equity.

A role with exposure to a range of data-driven business analysis and multiple career path avenues.

Your role:

  • Delivery of the Humatica products (altus and modas) involving set-up, administration and results analysis in support of the consulting teams
  • Ownership of the delivery process, training other team members after own experience is developed
  • Support the Product Manager in documenting roadmap items & conducting testing to ensure releases are client-ready
  • Support the design and development of underlying database structures
  • Support design, development and maintenance of internal and external Business Intelligence dashboards, including product & marketing performance
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the monitoring of Marketing communications and campaigns
  • Rigorously manage CRM/database updates and changes, maintaining a high-level of data quality
  • Support the Marketing Manager with gathering and leveraging market intelligence to enhance Business Development efforts
  • Support the Product Manager and Marketing Manager with key data analytics to inform business decisions
  • Ensure GDPR compliant data governance practices are adhered to

Your profile:

  • Min 2 years’ experience in a relevant data analytics/business intelligence role
  • Keen interest in Business Analysis, Product Development and/or Marketing Automation
  • Extensive experience with PowerBI and other BI tools
  • Experience with CRM & Analytics tools (preferably Hubspot & Google Analytics)
  • Experience with SQL DB design/DB management
  • Experience in analytical modelling
  • Ideally degree in business analytics, mathematics, or similar technical subject
