Aibidia is looking for a skilledData Analystto work on the Research and Development team to create and expand Aibidia's range of solutions. We are revolutionising cross-border business management with our SaaS platform, and need top-tier talent to contribute to the success in transforming how the large multinational companies manage transfer pricing processes. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional product to clients such as Nokia, Dyson, Bridgestone, and Olympus, to name a few.

This role is based in Finland, and can be located at either our Helsinki or Tampere offices, or remotely from the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the embedded BI engine (Panintelligence) integrated into our SaaS platform.
  • Design and develop scalable data models and semantic layers within the BI tool to represent key business processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard and configurable dashboards and reports for both internal and external use.
  • Ensure effective delivery of analytics by training and enabling internal users (e.g. developers, implementation managers) to work with and customise BI views.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to align ETL pipelines and warehouse models with BI needs.
  • Continuously improve the BI architecture, tooling, and development workflows to support scalable delivery.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Must have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role—preferably in a growth-stage SaaS or scale-up environment.
  • Proven experience with BI tool development (e.g. Panintelligence, or tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), preferably also embedded.
  • Strong skills in SQL and data modelling for analytics use cases.
  • Ability to design and deliver reusable dashboards and reports, balancing standardisation and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train internal stakeholders on use and extension of BI assets.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and implementation teams.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and multi-tenant data models.
  • Experience working with semantic layer tools or modelling frameworks (e.g., dbt).
  • Some experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and/or database development.
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines, orchestration tools, and collaboration with data engineering teams.
