The Role

We’re looking for a skilledCustomer Data Analystto deliver high-quality analytics, uncover customer trends, and play a key role in shaping our company’s success. Your day-to-day will include:Coding & data analysis– working with large datasets to derive meaningful insightsTranslating complex data– making analytics accessible for stakeholdersHelping drive strategic decisions– using data to power innovation

What You’ll Need

Education– Degree or postgraduate qualification in a numerate or programming-oriented subject (or equivalent industry experience)Tech Skills– Strong SQL proficiency (Python/R a bonus) and ability to manipulate and prepare large datasetsCommunication Skills– Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiencesAnalytical Expertise– Some experience or interest in hypothesis testing and statistical methodsPassion & Collaboration– A positive, proactive team player who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to create impactful insights
