As an experienced Data Analyst you will join a small team that works with important partners across the business (in particular Finance, Operations & Growth teams) to ensure the business is armed with data and insight that makes it easy for teams from across the business (growth, project management, line management, senior management) to understand and act upon the main reasons for success. You will ensure that information is reliable and made available for all the timelines (real-time, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually). You will report into the Senior Data Analyst.

What will you do...Operational & Commercial Support
  • Be a primary contact for data and reporting requests related to finance, revenue, utilisation, and timesheets
  • Manage and publish utilisation and time tracking reports; ensure accuracy and updates
  • Manage operational data adjustments and collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues across departments
Planning & Forecasting
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance figures to leadership and teams
  • Support forecasting and budgeting cycles with validated data and insights
  • Provide summary analysis on our performance and necessary commercial metrics
  • Contribute to planning activities by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
  • Work with partners to gather and document requirements for new reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand our needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Maintain clear documentation of requirements, processes, and data flows
Testing & Validation
  • Develop test plans for new reports, dashboards, and data models
  • Validate outputs against our requirements and ensure accuracy and usability
  • Collaborate with developers and partners to resolve issues and refine solutions
Data and Systems Development
  • Understand the data systems architecture and our primary business reporting structures.
  • Maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Improve automation and reporting efficiency across main processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms
  • Maintain master data required for reporting segmentation
General user support/training
  • Work with Project Partners to provide support on how people use the tools and information
What do you need to have...
  • Technical understanding of SQL databases, Power Query, Excel and data extraction techniques and Power BI) with experience working with CRM, budgeting and project management tools.
  • Experience working with FP&A or Business Operational teams to provide and evolve business insights, preferably in a complex business scenario.
  • An interest in how businesses work and an appetite to learn about Inizio Engage XD's business model.
  • A curiosity to stay informed about the evolving AI landscape to help shape our approach as tools evolve.
  • Familiarity with ways of working within large organisations with geographically dispersed workforces
  • A highly organised approach combined with an ability to take the complex and make it simple!
