WRK Digital are delighted to partner with Greencore, a leading manufacturer of convenience food in the UK. Greencore supply all the major supermarkets in the UK as well as travel retail outlets, discounters, coffee shops, foodservice providers, and other retailers. Employing over 14,000 people, they operate 21 world-class manufacturing units across 16 locations in the UK, with industry-leading technology and supply chain capabilities.

They are entering an exciting period of an IT transformation programme that will streamline and simplify core processes, provide easier access to quality business data, and enable investment in the right technology.

What We're Looking For:

The Data Analyst will join a data team poised for success in driving operational efficiency and excellence across Greencore. It is an exciting time to join the company as it continues to grow and plan for the future.

The data team will be responsible for internal and client-facing reporting, providing concise, action-driven dashboards and reports across a wealth of diverse data sources.

We require a talented individual focused on Microsoft technologies, leveraging SQL Server, Fabric, Azure Cloud Services, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory.

You will work on data sources that range from internal systems to client integrations, utilising artificial intelligence to analyse industry and food manufacturing trends.

Role Purpose:

As a Data Analyst at Greencore, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation can apply analytics and data science methodologies to large-scale quantitative data. Your work will improve understanding of our offerings, enhance knowledge of our processes, and help measure the impact of our initiatives. This role is fundamental in enabling Greencore to make evidence-informed business decisions and establish itself as a trusted, knowledgeable, and influential force in the food manufacturing sector.

What You'll Be Doing in Your Role as a Data Analyst:

- Champion analytics and data science by positioning them as central to the organisation.
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Utilise expertise and best practices to drive a portfolio of quantitative analytics projects, enabling more robust impact measurement.
- Deepen sector and audience understanding for Greencore.
- Deliver research and evidence to support leadership decisions.
- Serve as the point of contact for analytics, proactively integrating data analytics into delivery processes.
- Communicate and disseminate data analytics findings, ensuring they are accessible, searchable, and kept up to date for stakeholders.
- Present data analytics findings in a comprehensible, actionable manner for a non-specialist audience.

Next Steps:

We are looking to shortlist candidates right away, with interview slots available before Christmas. If you are a Data Analyst with a passion for BI and data-related projects, please apply now or contact WRK Digital for a confidential conversation about the next steps. We look forward to receiving your application.
