What you’ll be doing

:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

Own recurring and ad hoc reporting across the business

Optimise data processes using SQL, Excel, and automation tools

Work with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver insights

Help identify trends, track performance, and influence decisions

Champion best practice in reporting and data governance

Collaborate across departments and help build a smarter way of working

What you'll bring:

2+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role

Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL preferred)

Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, macros)

Experience with Power BI / Fabric

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

Familiarity with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, etc.) – desirable

Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance – desirable

Degree in a STEM subject – nice to have

Knowledge of the energy/utilities sector – a bonus
