We supply a broad array of over 750 games to Casino operators worldwide. Across its studios, 1X2 produces a variety of games; including slots, table games, virtual sports and non-traditional gaming experiences.

Our team at 1X2 develops and distributes games to thousands of online casinos around the world- including a wide range of household brands such as William Hill and BetVictor, alongside the iGaming industry's largest content aggregators Entain, Games Global and Bet Construct.

The Position

There is an exciting opening for a BI analyst in the BI team at 1X2 Network. As a business, we handle an enormous amount of data, predominantly focused on the performance of our games across a large number of clients and markets. It is crucial that as a business we understand, manipulate and analyse that data to optimise the way we work. Everything from our game development to our sales strategy depends on us correctly interpreting the data we hold. The BI team is fundamental to this and the incoming BI analyst will be expected to get to grips with our data quickly and drive our approach forwards.

This position will give the incoming BI analyst exposure to multiple areas of the business. Day to day, the role will involve working extremely closely with the account management team, helping account managers to identify opportunities to upsell our games with our clients. Outside of this, the role will involve working with all areas of the business to understand how our data can help them grow and succeed. The role will be fast-paced, exciting and ideal for a hard-working, data-driven problem solver.



Responsibilities

  • Use PowerBI and Grafana to represent and manipulate our data according to the business’ needs.
  • Be one of the go-to people in our business for all things data science and analysis, helping to drive data analysis across the business.
  • Work closely with the account management team to analyse data from clients and spot opportunities to upsell our products and increase revenue, steering their sales strategies and helping to maximise their potential.
  • Join account managers in sales calls and meetings, helping to upsell opportunities that are being missed.
  • Analyse bulk data to identify particular features of our games that perform well, and feed this analyse to the product team, to help inform future development.
  • Work with multiple teams to help them take advantage of the data available to them
  • Prepare presentations and reports on our games’ performances for senior management, crucial to keep the business informed of progress and growth.



Required Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with experience using PowerBi and SQL to analyse and manipulate data. Advanced knowledge is not essential; the successful candidate will be taught exactly what they will need in order to carry out the role. More important is some experience, combined with a willingness to learn.

Importantly, the ideal candidate will be confident, driven and sales-focused too. The successful candidate will work closely with the account management team to spot opportunities to upsell our products and increase our revenue. This will include being involved in client meetings, giving data-based presentations and encouraging clients to capitalise on the opportunities we present to them.

Finally, the successful candidate will be motivated, innovative, hardworking, ready to learn and excited to join a fast-paced environment.
