About Flow Neuroscience Flow Neuroscience is a pioneering company dedicated to revolutionizing the treatment of mental illness to enable everyone to live their best lives. Our vision is to be the leading provider of clinically effective treatments of mental illness for anyone, anywhere.
Flow Neuroscience has developed a new, highly scalable depression treatment that has the potential to completely change the way the world treats mental health.
Our headset is already being used by the NHS, over 400 private clinics and 40K users.
The data from these users, our own clinical trial, and extensive research in the scientific literature indicates that 57% of people that use Flow will be depression-free, and over two thirds will have an improvement in their symptoms.

Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 a year

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about our mission to transform the treatment of mental illness. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of data-driven initiatives, analyzing complex datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and empowering decision-making across the company.
As part of our growing analytics team, you will also have the unique opportunity to shape the future of data and analytics at Flow Neuroscience, influencing how we leverage data to drive innovation, improve outcomes, and advance our mission.
Responsibilities Data Analysis
Perform in-depth analysis using complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across teams in Finance, Growth, Product, and Clinical.
Develop and maintain impactful dashboards using Tableau, Amplitude, and Google Sheets.
Create clear, compelling reports that translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Use Dataform to transform raw data into structured, usable datasets in our Bigquery data warehouse.
Contribute to the development of source-of-truth data models.
Maintain and optimize scalable data pipelines.
Qualification & Experience Must haves:
3+ years in data analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL
Confident with Google Sheets/Excel
Able to create high quality dashboards with data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI/Looker
Hands-on experience in building data models with data transformation tools like Dataform/dbt
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities
Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to gather data requirements and provide usable insight and analysis
Nice to have:
Experience with analysing ecommerce, website and digital analytics including use of Google Analytics and a basic understanding of user attribution
A/B testing experience
