After over 15 years of helping thousands of residential and commercial customers every month, we have ambitious plans to expand our business over the next 3 years. The Role


TheData Analystwill play a key role in supporting our business through data-driven insights and solutions. You’ll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data from multiple sources to help drive decision-making across various departments.

You will:


  • Use tools likeSQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, andSalesforceto gather and analyze data.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational efficiency, and customer trends.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and support business growth.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems, implementing data quality checks and working with different departments to maintain consistent and accurate data inputs.
  • Provide actionable insights through visualizations and presentations, making complex data understandable for non-technical stakeholders.

About You


To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to turn numbers into actionable business insights. Key qualifications include:

  • Proficiency inSQLfor data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience withPythonfor data analysis and automation of tasks.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools likePower BIandTableauto create dynamic, interactive reports.
  • Familiarity withSalesforce CRMor similar platforms to analyze customer and sales data.
  • AdvancedExcelskills for data modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of data governance principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Knowledge of the property maintenance or service industry is a plus but not required.
