Job Role: Data Analyst

Location: New Milton

Hours:35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Main Purpose of Job

To develop and maintain a full suite of Creatio and Power BI reports to enable strategic decision making within the departments operational responsibilities.

This role will require close collaboration with various departments to ensure that the metrics are aligned with organisational objectives, accurately measured, and clearly reported to stakeholders. Provide comprehensive analysis of the department behavioural characteristics.


Position in Organisation

This role reports to the Financial Controller of Innovus


Main Responsibilities

Data Collection and Management:

  • Gather data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and software tools alongside existing SQL data sources. Write reports and develop Power BI integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular data quality checks.
  • Enhance and develop all existing systems.

Mapping of Systems

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive monitoring of operational performance across all departments within Innovus.
  • Collaborate with Directors, department heads and business partners to ensure that systems are aligned with organisational objectives and strategies.

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes of performance deviations and areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Process Documentation:

  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to systems reporting.
  • Ensure transparency and clarity in reporting processes.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Communicate performance results, insights, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and meetings.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and promote best practices for performance measurement and management.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and insights.
  • Provide data driven recommendations to improve performance.


Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • SQL and Power BI Experience and how these systems engage.
  • Ability to positively engage with systems teams and look for solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and findings to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
