About the Role:
As aData Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the company, analyzing activity data, investigating trends, and making actionable recommendations to support business operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use SQL to build, maintain, and optimize complex data sets and associated reports
- Manage the ETL process, adapting and troubleshooting as needed to ensure data consistency
- Conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, and perform remediation actions
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
- Prepare reports and create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for various audiences within the company
- Produce and track key performance indicators
- Refine, update, and distribute existing reports to ensure accuracy and relevance as the business evolves
- Use statistical tools to analyze data and forecast trends with actionable business insights
- Process and deliver solutions to internal customer requests and queries efficiently
- Contribute to a continuous improvement strategy by proactively identifying data issues, investigating errors, fixing root causes, and recognizing improvement opportunities
- Promote process automation and self-serve solutions
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Stay updated on technology changes within the BI industry
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in MS SQL
- Experience with Azure and other data tools
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX

Bonus Skills (Desirable):
- Proficiency in Excel, including VBA experience

- Understanding of Python or other relevant coding languages
- Knowledge of PowerShell and SharePoint
- Experience with Data Warehousing
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or a related field
