Reporting to:

  • Head of Global Business Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Commercial Delivery team to:

  • Conduct data analysis based on current deployments and communicate key insights through reports, presentations and visualisations to stakeholders.
  • Manage external and internal video analysis teams, perform moderation of results to ensure consistency of outputs in order to deliver reporting in accordance with client reporting schedule.
  • Use video analysis outputs to generate regular internal assessments of the solution performance, identify areas of improvement and guide product requirements to achieve a solution performance level which meets customer expectations.
  • Support business scaling as needed: e.g. build internal and external reporting required for tracking client rollout progress.
  • Proactively monitor trials and roll-outs, identify potential incidents/ bugs and notify/ work closely with the Support team to resolve them.

Work with Data Engineer to:

  • Develop data warehouse configuration specifications.
  • Alerting requirements and dashboard development.
  • Develop production deployment reporting schema to align with customer dashboarding.
  • ROI related statistics.

Work with Product team on:

  • Customer reporting requirements elicitation and documentation.
  • Informing product requirements.

Work with Marketing team to:

  • Analyse and report on market trends.
  • Support competitor analysis activities.

Qualifications and training:

  • Degree with strong statistical background (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Geo-physics, Data scientist).
  • Database experience.
  • Demonstrated statistical skills.

Technology and tools experience:

  • Microsoft Azure, dashboarding (e.g. Power BI).
  • Microsoft suite - Excel, Powerpoint etc.
  • Languages: Python, SQL, Git.
  • Working towards more complex modelling of the data using innovative methods.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning: Classification (Random Forest, Decision Trees, KNN), Regression.
  • Modelling (linear, sparse, logistic), Principal Component Analysis (PCA, PCR), clustering (K-means).

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to generate strong insights and build convincing stories.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
