What you will be doing

  • Gather, manipulate and analyse large data sets from multiple sources working alongside the reporting specialist to give an overall picture of the customer data required to be fed back to the business.
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisation for internal teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy of data is met.
  • Be a day-to-day contact for Service Delivery managers to assist in reporting exceptions and exclusions for data being provided to our customers.
  • To identify areas to increase efficiency in the processes used by the service desk and delivery teams for continual improvement and accuracy
  • Supporting the implementation of new products and data into the internal system as agreed by customer contracts.
  • Proactively update knowledge articles so that the service desk can deliver a standardised and repeatable service to customers.
  • To manage the day-to-day audit administration of asset information across multiple customers in accordance to agreed service delivery.
  • Maintaining and updating client data on our managed service toolset keeping this as a source of the truth for resolver teams to and referring to and report from.
  • Introduce new joiners to our current platform and toolset and provide any required training so they can meet the current standards set for the service teams.

You will ideally have

  • ITIL foundation qualification and experience of working within the ITIL framework
  • Proven experience of data analysis within a Service delivery environment
  • Advanced Excel skills, capable of managing large data sets
  • Excellent telephone manner for effective customer handling
  • Excellent Written communication skills to enable effective communication with internal and external contacts
  • Logical thinker with attention to detail
  • Awareness of the Company’s customer base
  • Connectivity Knowledge
  • Good prioritisation skills
  • High level of ethics and integrity
