A fast-growing group operating across multiple ethical and purpose-led eCommerce brands is hiring a contractCommercial Insights Analystto help transform data into strategic advantage.


This is ahybrid rolebased inOxfordshire, with office attendance required onTuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. To be considered, applicants must be locatedwithin a 45-minute commute.


You'll sit at the heart of commercial decision-making, using behavioural, transactional, and digital data to improve customer experience, boost conversion, and increase lifetime value. Working across a variety of brands and business units, your insights will directly influencepricing, promotions, stock strategy, and customer journeys.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify behavioural trends and customer signals to improvesite conversion
  • Use browsing and purchase data topersonalise user journeysand influence CRM strategy
  • Run commercial experiments (A/B tests, pricing trials, segmentation) to drivemargin and retention
  • Build and maintaindashboards and reportsthat guide business teams
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, tech, and supply chain teams to embedinsight-led decisions
  • Improve tracking setup and support the overall maturity of the analytics function


Technical Skills:

  • StrongETL, SQLandBigQueryknowledge
  • Experience withGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)and understanding ofdata layers
  • Familiarity withserver-side tracking principles
  • Exposure toPower BIor similar BI tools is a bonus


Commercial Understanding:

  • Background ineCommerce or retail analyticsis highly desirable
  • Comfort working with key business metrics (e.g. profit margin, AOV, customer value)
  • Experience in A/B or multivariate testing
