ROLE SUMMARY:

Working alongside our Data Lead you will be a key member of the data team focused on delivering and enhancing the data solutions across our organisation. You will be confident with designing and implementing complex data mappings, transformations, ETL processes, and data validations. Additionally, you will be skilled in creating data flow processes, automations, data analysis, data modelling, and ad hoc reporting. You will identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue which impacts the customer journey and work on improving measurement and reporting across all enrolment and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual, with strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills to join our global team. The ideal candidate will need to be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and translate their requirements into data solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Undertake data analysis and develop processes to maintain accurate data in all school systems, enabling responsive decision-making through the enrolment pipeline, recruitment events and accurate forecasting during annual planning. Support the Data Lead, Admissions and Finance teams where needed to ensure data is defined, structured and accessible in a way that provides actionable insights to stakeholders.  Identify and solve data quality issues, lead database cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, and acquisition initiatives.  Partner with our engineering team to identify and resolve data pipeline challenges from a variety of tools and sources. Partner with the global customer experience team, CRM, and marketing teams, to improve our customer acquisition funnels with data insights and visualisations within PowerBi. This includes understanding API’s and how to integrate first party data (CRM – Microsoft Dynamics preferrable)  Evolve the web, social, media, and analytics work, developing areas such as journey analytics, digital effectiveness, and attribution.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

3+ Years in a Data Analytics Role.  Azure SQL, expert knowledge and practical experience with de-normalisation, time series and materialised views.  Data Visualisation with Power BI, DAX and Azure Analysis Services considering access control, filtering and data protection segmentation aligned with GDPR compliance.  Code or No-code ETL background, including data cleansing, data integrity, and troubleshooting.  Strong time management skills to ensure effective on time delivery of tasks. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring clarity and accuracy.  Analytical and data driven thinker.  Strong time-management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
