🚨We're hiring a Data Analyst
📍 York | Hybrid (3 days onsite) | £30,000 to £40,000

Are you ready to use your data skills to drive real-world impact?


Join a mission-driven organisation that's investing in its data function. You'll work with complex datasets to help shape strategy, measure programme success, and improve understanding of the audience.


What you'll be doing:
* Analysing large-scale quantitative data
* Using R or Python for predictive modelling
* Creating insightful reports and dashboards
* Presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation


What we're looking for:
* A degree with strong stats or maths content, or 3+ years' experience in a quantitative role
* Proficiency in R or Python
* Experience with a data visualisation tool like Power BI or Tableau
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach


There's genuine opportunity here to grow into either BI or research, depending on your interests.
