We are currently recruiting a Data Analyst, to gather and analyse data and business information to provide analysis and insights to the business function, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


What you will be doing as a Data Analyst

  • Analyse data to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Work with large data sets drawn from a wide variety of internal and external sources; including operational data and survey feedback.
  • Work with the Strategy Analyst to provide insight and investigation for a range of different projects across the Strategic Programme.
  • Act as a key point of contact, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders to further our objectives. Your analysis will inform colleagues on operational decisions.
  • Provide support with appropriate reporting and metrics throughout and post-project implementation to help measure success.
  • Support with the ad-hoc gathering of relevant data and information as requested by the project team.
  • Provide additional data support as requested across Renewals & Logistics to enable delivery of long-term ambitions.


Location – Hybrid: Kemble Court, Reading.

Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.

What you should bring to the role

  • A self-motivated individual who has an analytical “can-do” mindset and demonstrable problem-solving skills. You will be meticulous and have an awareness of varied reporting trends and patterns.
  • Excellent data analytics skills and knowledge of appropriate tools and systems e.g. MS Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate & SharePoint Forms.
  • Ability to learn new tools and techniques quickly.
  • Understanding other systems and tools would be advantageous such as SQL.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • An appreciation of how to present complex information engagingly.
  • Positive and flexible attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.

  • Offering between £32,000 to £36,000 per annum depending on experience and skills.
  • 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
