About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2-3 years' experience to join our technology transformation team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming our fragmented data landscape into actionable business intelligence through PowerBI dashboards, data warehouse implementation, and system integrations. You will collaborate closely with business units to understand their data needs and develop solutions that drive efficiency and insight.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business intelligence
  • Implement and manage our Microsoft data warehouse initiative
  • Develop system integrations using Power Automate, APIs, and other integration tools
  • Address data quality issues through analysis, cleansing, and standardisation
  • Build automated data quality monitoring tools and processes
  • Develop natural language processing solutions for document analysis and data extraction
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to identify automation opportunities
  • Document data flows, structures, and processes to support knowledge sharing
  • Understanding of CRM (FibreCRM) Data and processes


Requirements

  • 2-3 years' professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Phyton and data querying techniques
  • Experience in data modelling and data warehouse concepts
  • API - data integration methods
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


Preferred Requirement

  • 2-3 years' professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI (Strong DAX Skills) - Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of accounting or financial services data structures
  • Experience with API development and integration
  • Familiarity with natural language processing techniques
  • Understanding of data governance principles
  • Experience in accounting or financial services data preferred (But not crucial)
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
