Job Description

Data Collection, management and integrity

  • Extract, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
  • Maintain databases, data systems, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimise efficiency.
  • Data integrity is vitally important and must always be maintained in line with GDPR and PASF guidelines.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Understand stakeholder data and reporting needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical business information.
  • Work with UKT customers to define data requirements and reporting needs.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

 

Reporting, analysis and training

  • Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
  • Use statistical techniques to analyse data and produce meaningful reports.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports for customers based on individual requirements.
  • Create data visualisations, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Jasper, Freshdesk or Excel.
  • Communicate findings in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on Jasper, empowering them to self-serve their own reports and data insights.
  • Develop guides which can be used by customers to self-serve their own reports and data insights.
  • Deliver customer reporting requirements within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality.
  • Understanding of and proof of maintaining Data integrity in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex data in a clear and actionable way.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Experience with databases, data extraction, and data transformation.
  • Accuracy and reliability of reports
  • Desirable - Proficiency in Jasper, and other data analysis tools.
  • Desirable – knowledge of PASF guidelines
