Madison Berkeley is delighted to be partnered with a leading REIT seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join their Strategy and Investment Analysis team.


This role is ideal individuals early in their data career with a passion for data and an interest in helping drive strategic decisions through accessible, high-quality data and reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our existing suite of dashboards and analysis tools, while also contributing to the development of new dashboards and reporting processes to ensure data-driven decision-making across the business.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular weekly and monthly checks to ensure dashboards remain accurate and up to date.

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities

• Refresh data feeds, ensuring timeliness and consistency in dashboard outputs

• Integrate diverse data sources into a SQL database and automate work processes.

• Maintain and update existing Excel reports, including internal and external KPI reports.

• Validate dashboard results against existing reports to ensure consistency and correctness.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools while collaborating with stakeholders and applying AI and advanced analytics to enhance decision making.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience using Power BI.

• Strong Excel and basic SQL skills

• Some exposure to data quality or validation tasks.

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar analyst or data-focused role.
