🌟 The Opportunity

As Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of customer service professionals, ensuring seamless service delivery and resolving escalated issues with poise and efficiency. You’ll be instrumental in nurturing a customer-centric culture while improving internal processes and driving performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities



Lead and develop the Customer Service team with clear objectives and performance reviews.

*

Manage customer relationships and resolve complex queries or complaints with professionalism.

*

Support Sales teams by preparing quotations and contributing to contract (re)negotiations.

*

Establish and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, NPS, order accuracy, and more to improve service delivery.

*

Oversee CRM system use and contribute to process enhancements and customer data integrity.

*

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service workflows and team engagement.

*

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory codes.

💼 What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a management role within Customer Service, Sales or Logistics.

*

Excellent communicator and problem-solver, skilled in developing service-led solutions.

*

Strong background in CRM system management and data integrity.

*

Demonstrated ability to lead change and improve operational efficiency.

*

Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes is a strong advantage.

*

Inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
