Working for an excellent company based in Heathfield, Newton Abbot this role is to provide customer service support while maintaining and managing company databases with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, data integrity, and operational support.
This role is 6 months but working directly for an excellent organisation

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve customer needs.Database Management:

Enter, update, and maintain customer and operational data in the company’s databases.
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Generate reports and summaries for management based on database queries.
Identify and correct data entry errors.
Work with IT and other teams to improve database processes and customer service tools.Qualifications and Experience:
