We are looking for a talented Customer Insights and Data Analyst to play a central role in leveraging customer data to drive business decisions, enhance customer engagement, and optimize marketing strategies. This role focuses on analysing customer interactions and behaviours across various touchpoints, ensuring data integrity within the CRM system, and providing actionable insights to improve overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in GA4 and CRM platform capabilities, to support data-driven decision-making. Customer insights and data analysis with a focus on CRM.

Key Responsibilities
Provide meaningful, actionable insight based on customer data to assist others in driving improved engagement across all digital and marketing platforms
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness of customer data.
Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle trends using GA4 and CRM tools.
Develop reports and dashboards to visualize customer data insights and support strategic decision-making.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer engagement strategies based on data insights.
Perform data audits and validation to ensure high-quality inputs into the CRM system.
Identify opportunities and take the lead in implementing automation and personalization within the CRM platform.
Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using GA4 and CRM analytics.
Recognize, develop, and effectively utilize data segments within marketing to enhance accuracy, personalization, and relevancy across the customer journey.
Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations in customer data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CRM workflows and data utilization.
About you:

A proven appetite and ability to explore data in depth and be able to pull out key themes and provide clarity around the data.
Proficiency in GA4 analytics , including event tracking, audience segmentation, and data visualization.
Strong CRM platform capabilities , including data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
Ability to interpret and analyse customer data to provide actionable insights.
Experience with SQL and data querying for deep-dives into customer datasets.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in data accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across teams.
Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR.
