Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Analyst/Associate to join our Incubation, Acceleration, and Venture Team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of Web3 start-ups through hands-on support in tokenomics, product strategy, fundraising, Go-To-Market and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Quant, Engineering, Trading) and external stakeholders (founders, exchanges, investors) to ensure our portfolio projects thrive in competitive markets.

The ideal candidate combines deep crypto/Web3 expertise with operational rigor, strategic thinking, and a passion for nurturing early-stage ventures. Key Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence on accelerator applicants, evaluating teams, tokenomics, GTM, and competitive positioning.
Strong understanding of Web3 sectors (DeFi, AI, RWA, GameFi, Infrastructure).
Manage client relationships, on boarding, milestone tracking, and cross-team coordination.
Advise portfolio projects on fundraising, token launches, listings, partnerships and more.
Craft tokenomics frameworks, GTM, and investor strategies for early-stage start-ups.
Perform market research to identify narratives, chain-specific opportunities, and threats.
Design and optimize workflows for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
Build and maintain networks with Web3 founders, investors, and partners.Qualifications

1-5 years in Web3 VC, incubation, launchpads, or research.
Proven track record in Web3.
Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of Blockchain ecosystems and crypto market dynamics.
Proficiency in Notion, Excel, on-chain analytics (Messari, Nansen, Dune)
Proficiency in SQL, Python is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with adaptability, attention to detail, and passion for Web3.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.What We Offer
