About The Role

We're currently bringing our marketing and creative efforts back in house after a period of outsourcing to an agency. This new role reports into the Head of Marketing and will act as brand custodian, responsible for the design and creation of sales / marketing assets for customers and internal assets for colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, design and build impactful content across digital and print platforms
  • Develop on brand assets from video, social media posts, email graphics, case studies, event graphics, guides, handbooks, through to full branding projects
  • Passionately protect the Agile brand – as custodian, champion correct use of the brand with colleagues and partners
  • Provide creative advice and collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Alliances teams to translate concepts into visually impactful designs that meet client and partner needs
  • Establish and maintain in-house design best practice: briefing documents and workflow etc
  • Produce final design files for print and digital production, ensuring all assets are ready for delivery on time
  • Maintain brand consistency and attention to detail across all design projects
  • Produce branded templates across Word and PowerPoint to support sales enablement
  • Create internal assets to highlight Agile's brand messaging and promote what's good about Agile


About You

It would be ideal if you would have…

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro), with knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Demonstrable ability of creating Microsoft Office branded templates
  • The ability to work to multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • A sharp eye for detail and passionate about brand
  • Previous in-house experience and establishing best practice
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography and different media
  • Adaptive to feedback and refine designs according to brief
  • A self-starter approach who can prioritise efficiently and work independently
  • A confident collaborator with influencing skills to build strong relationships
