Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative intern to support corporate digital reporting, data analytics and engagement programs related to Safety and Sustainability for our Americas, Europe, and Africa regions.

In this role, you will contribute to the creation of digital reports, performance dashboards, and engagement campaigns across multiple global regions (Americas, Europe, Africa). The internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate reporting, campaign design, and stakeholder communications within an international organization.


Responsibilities and Duties:


Digital & Analytical Support

  • Internal Systems of record knowledge, Data Analysis trends, Reports Automation and Dashboards Creation.
  • Creative communications plan based on data driven analysis.
  • Work with Office 365 and other collaboration tools to manage and present data.
  • Explore the use of Power BI and other reporting platforms to enhance communication dashboards.
  • Support integration of digital tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Executive Communications & Reporting

  • Create digital templates, reports and presentations.
  • Support monthly and quarterly performance report structure and delivery.
  • Conduct trend analysis of objectives and results, providing manual foundations towards AI-driven reporting.
  • Prepare messages and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.

Community Engagement & Campaigns

  • Assist in the design and delivery of Engagement Programs and Campaigns.
  • Contribute to communication strategies aligned with branding and corporate guidelines.
  • Draft engaging content for initiatives to be shared internally.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Safety & Sustainability, Digital Communication & Technology, Management, Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and communication tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Interest in digital reporting, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement.


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or other reporting software.
  • Interest in AI and data visualization for communications.
  • Ability to adapt messages for different audiences and platforms.
