We are supporting a Nottingham based FMCG / Retail brand on an exclusive basis to hire a Commercial Finance Manager.  This is a newly created permanent position offered on a hybrid working basis.

Location: Nottingham | Hybrid working available

Are you a commercially minded finance professional ready to make a real impact and looking to progress your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our client.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll drive financial insight, streamline reporting, and support data-driven decision-making at a group level. This is more than just reporting—you’ll play a strategic role, embedding profitability analysis, scenario modelling, and commercial insights into key business decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
-Significant experience in commercial finance, business intelligence, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
-Advanced Power BI skills (report creation, data modelling, visualisation)
-Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence at all levels
-Retail, wholesale, or FMCG experience is a plus
