To provide excellent support, administration, and management of sales, bids and contract finding systems to support companywide strategic growth. 

Working within the Client Services team to ensure that the company is aware of all potential opportunities and that the correct information is updated into the relevant systems to deliver accurate results and information. Working closely with the marketing team to maximise the use of HubSpot CRM through targeted communication campaigns and client interaction.

This role would suit an individual who is looking to support a busy customer facing department and use their excellent communication skills to support growth and deal with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

Manage and optimise HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless operation across teams
Implement and maintain Autogen.AI and Contracts Advance systems
Oversee data integrity, user activity, and system performance for all platforms
Create and manage automated workflows to streamline processes
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for performance tracking
Provide training and support to internal users on all systems
Collaborate with bid teams to integrate relevant data and processes into platforms
Support marketing initiatives by leveraging AI-powered tools for content creation and brand consistency
Assist in managing contract lifecycles using Contracts Advance
Implement and optimise business processes to ensure efficiency across departments
Coordinate with business development teams to align platform capabilities with growth strategies
Manage user roles, system access, and permissions across all platforms
Oversee integrations between HubSpot, Autogen.AI, Contracts Advance, and other tech stack products
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
Continuously research and implement best practices and new features to maximise platform utilisation

Significant experience within a customer-facing role is a must for this position

Desirable

Exposure to managing a variety of stakeholders from support staff to director level would be beneficial
An administration qualification would be beneficial
