We are currently seeking an experienced Civica Administrator to join an established team within a well-regarded organisation. This is a 6-month contract position, offering £31 per hour (Umbrella) inside IR35.

The role requires two days on-site

Key Responsibilities
·Support the administration of the Civica CX Housing Management System, assisting in the development and implementation of new functionalities to improve housing service delivery.
·Provide first-line support to end-users, investigating and resolving system issues efficiently.
·Assist in coordinating system enhancements, training needs assessments, and rollout of new functionalities.
·Maintain security profiles and ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
·Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), producing procedure guides to support system users.
·Work autonomously to troubleshoot technical issues, manage tickets, and deliver user support effectively.

About You
·Proven experience working with Civica CX or similar housing management systems.
·Strong user support, training, and ticket management experience.
·Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
·Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
·Previous experience in the housing sector or local government is desirable.
